The parking lot and your vehicle are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Arrival Information

• Park Westin is a new brand. Check-in is not required.
• Save time by displaying the bar code on your phone and scanning it at the entrance.
• Take no admission tickets. Save your bar code because you will need to re-scan it when you exit.
• RVs are not permitted.

Airport Shuttle Service

• Between 5:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., Westin’s regularly sanitized shuttles run every 20 minutes to the Domestic terminal.
• Please call (847) 698-6000 to request a shuttle if you are using the International terminal.
• Southwest passengers should be aware that they will be using the International terminal for all flights, including domestic flights, and that they must contact the hotel at 847-698-6000 to arrange for a pick-up.
• Between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m., shuttle service is unavailable.
